I’ve stayed at the Sleep Inn in Cinnaminson since it opened. It is really the only non-hookup option in the area. Unfortunately, they’ve made no improvements to the property since it opened so it’s looking rather tired now. I will continue to stay here but if a new cleaner option showed up, I’d likely switch. Again, it’s perfectly adequate but it’s definitely feeling its age.

Hello, upon staying at this hotel the sleep inn with family we received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE hands down. While this a smaller hotel with fewer workers, I must say Every worker goes upon and beyond for all of their customers. I stayed at larger hotels such as the Marriott, Hilton, Best Western, Sheridan and etc and while most of them offer a full breakfast and pools, gym, and so forth and they may have the bigger names... I have to honestly say, I've never received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE such as I've received upon staying at the sleep inn @ Cinnaminson. My room was very clean and the housekeeper was very helpful and knowledgeable whenever I mayve needed extra tissues, toilet paper, towels or anything. All of their staff members greet you with a smile along with good morning, ' Do you need anything? Are you ok!; and I really appreciate that. The front desk staff including the GM what can say... Everyone greet you with a " Hello"" how can I help you.. Anything that I needed such as my toilet needed to be tightened they took care of it. My microwave in my room needed to be switched, the front staff members addressed all my needs IMMEDIATELY stopped and made me a priority. I recommend, if anyone is looking for a nice hotel?? This hotel offers breakfast with a sit-in small lounge and coffee makers inside your room along with a large TV plenty of space to kick your heels air units with plenty of lighting. The staff members make you feel comfortable, hospitality is very much inviting atmosphere. They have respectful guest and most importantly the hotel is quiet. I will say, it's nice to rent a room without hearing a bunch of loud children, you don't have here, everyone respects each other. I love staying at the Hilton and other hotels when traveling although this hotel is far the Best I've stayed based on Customer Service.being Exceptional.. Would I book again,? At this hotel....? Definitely... It's refreshing knowing you can pay your money and get EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE good hospitality, good breakfast while paying at an affordable rate, therefore I recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel with great staff workers, a friendly smile, good breakfast, nice size rooms offering nice amenities reserve your room @ Sleep Inn you'll be glad you did.
