오요 호텔 세인트 헬렌스, 오리건

The room was dirty and shabby--cheap jimmy rigged fixes. There was no shower nob to switch from bathtub to shower, so the only option was a bath; and there was NO way I was soaking in that tub. The plastic matt for the tub was clear, but was fully stained brown from dirt; it was an infection waiting to happen. There was a horrible noise in the walls for hours (it sounded like a landline phone off the hook). There is a bar 15 feet across the way that has a smoking patio outside; they had the door open to the patio all night, so we were pleasured with LOUD music and people until 2am. We all got maybe 3 hours sleep. Half of the channels on TV are snowy. We didnt receive a wifi code, and no one answered in the office. Honestly, the location feels like a car theft waiting to happen. It wasn't a pleasant experience, but we made it work for the night. If this is a last case scenario to be able to stay in St. Helen's, be prepared for a difficult night. Otherwise, I'd recommend considering another option.

As I checked in, the bed was very wrinkled as if someone has sat on it. The bedding was not done properly. One of the pillow case was put on the wrong way, so it looked like a triangle tamale, bedsheet were not draped evenly on two sides after pulled out, I had to remake the bed before I can sleep in it. There was a crowd of young people gathered in front of the rooms, I think was from the restaurant across the lot , talking loudly all night. This contributed to my disliking of the location, although it was not the hotel's fault.

This is an older motel in a poor area. Our ADA room was completely renovated & nice and fully accessible. Bed was very firm, great A/C, plenty of hot water, plenty of ice. Room had a fridge & micro but no coffee maker. No easy chair and no table in the room. Coffee was in the lobby at 6:00 am. All in all, a good value - our room was $79 total.

Omg where do I begin, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, disregard the fake positive reviews. This is a motel that is unclean and unsafe. You can only check in by using a kiosk where you have to scan your personal identification and a person on screen prints your key card. The room was filthy, bugs on the soap, stains in bedding and all over room. The lock was superglued to the door, superglued! There are drug addicts in the hallways and sitting around in parking lot tweaking out. In the early morning dark a “worker” BARGED into our room with no knocking just opened the door (lock was super glued so it flew off). This “worker” wore a baseball hat and dark clothes. We quickly left! Shame on Agoda for even partnering with this hotel! It is a safety risk and full of bugs!
