라 퀸타 인 & 스위트 바이 윈덤 페스투스 - 세인트 루이스 사우스

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind. Great night's rest.

When you go to the front desk there is no one there to help you. It seemed they were always in the back on a phone call. There must have been some sort of issue with the water bc the juice machine was not working during breakfast and all of the ice and water coolers were disconnected. We stayed for five days and housekeeping never came by the room despite repeated requests for them to come change out the towel.

No complaints every time I’m here is a pleasure

Our room 111 was a mess. Someone had painted the walls and there was paint splattered everywhere; floors, doors, cabinets, etc. The bathtub caulking was awful, and the breakfast was mediocre at best. Poorly run and maintained. For the price, not worth it.

Stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for towels and toiletries not once was asked if we need housekeeping. One of the front desk attendees came to our door 3 different times accusing us of different things each time.
