I was expecting the room to be a bit more upgraded for the relatively high price that I paid, but faucets were the blast-your-skin-off, high-school-locker-room variety, and the layout/amenities were old and basic. There was a used washrag hanging on the wall behind the bathroom door when we got there. There wasn't a breakfast of any sort other than jugs of coffee supposedly in the main office. On the plus side, the beds were clean and comfortable, and there wasn't much outside noise. The water was nice and HOT, and the heater in the room worked great! I'd stay here again, but I'd expect to pay more around an $80/night price vs what I did pay.

Slept well, but overpriced.

Cheap and Clean

I only paid $225 for the weekend, and I got exactly what I paid for. There is hot water and my room didnt smell, and I didnt see any bugs. Its definitely "modest" accomodation, but thats what I paid for. There was a mini fridge and thats about it. Not even an alarm clock.

Dive Hotel

The first room I was in was flooded with water due to recent rain storm. Second room had not had heat turned on. It was so slow to warm up I went the store and bought a heated blanket. furniture and bedding looked like it came from DI. As with every hotel in Moscow the prices were inflated just because it was a parents weekend at college. They fleece people on these weekends.

Worst hotel stay

Had a terrible experience with them. Will not be ever doing business with them again. First off they canceled my reservation without telling me. Claiming they had the wrong phone number, when asked what number they had it was my phone number, nothing wrong about it. Then when the booked me again the jacked up their prices. The towels in the room had stains on them. To top it all off we had a room infested with BEDBUGS!!! The night clerk said that he'd have his GM call us in the morning to sort out everything. My husband had to call them because they hadn't called us and it was noon already. They did comp us they nights we stayed there, reluctantly. If you choose to stay here check your mattresses.
