Except the fact there was no kettle in the room there was nothing to complain or mention. Very friendly & accommodative staff and beautiful room . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here ❣️

There are many reasons I call this hotel like home. First, the building and the interior design does not feel as hotel, but home. The art is so detailed and beautiful. Second, the facilities and design at room is complete and, once again, feels like my own room. Third, the owner, Dean, and all staffs, Katya, Vanya, and others, are friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. They all really cared about us. Fourth, love the own breakfast. As muslim, we were grateful that they provided the breakfast for us without pork. Fifth, the communication. They responded fast every chat. It really helpful My complains are two things. There is no elevator, so need lots energy for taking my big luggages upstair. I understand that there is the local policy about constructing elevator for building here. Gratefully, Katya and Dean helped me a lot to take the luggages. Another one is the dressing table chair is too light and slippery, it caused my mother felt from the chair. Luckily, she was fine. Would be grate if the chair is replaced with better one. Thank you Dean, Katya, Vanya and all lovely staffs. I hope someday I will be back here Merci
