This hotel is a great find. The room was exceptionally large, and very clean and comfortable, with a large pull-out couch, seating area, king-sized bed, and kitchenette. A very helpful, friendly, pleasant staff. I would happily stay here again!

We arrived late at night and got scared when we turned into the hotel entrance because right now there’s construction going on next to the main hotel building. We thought the hotel was completely under renovation until we drove a little further in and actually saw the hotel and were relieved. Dont worry, you can’t hear the construction going on at the building next door (at least we didn’t). All staff we interacted with was nice and courteous. Absolutely no issues in that area. Hotel was clean. They did a good job at keeping the main areas clean by mopping the hard floors and vacuuming the hallways every day. We didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t give any reviews on that. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfy but I brought my own. We were more interested in the nightlife so it was conveniently located to the riverwalk area. Only a short 10min drive. There’s also a lot of restaurants and shopping all around as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel and go back.

Hotel kicked us out after the first night for no reason what so ever. Around lunchtime the next day after our first nights stay, the house keepers came around to bring us new towels etc, the “Manager” I believe or front desk women barged in our room without knocking. Literally pushed her way through into the room demanding she spoke to the name on the reservation speculating we had too many people in our 6 person room. Also may I add, when I checked in at no point did any of the staff request how many guests were staying with me. We had a double room so 2 dbl beds and a pullout couch. Sleeps 6…she demanded I brought my id down stairs. By the time I got off the elevator she was on the phone with the police demanding we were forced to leave after we had paid for our stay of 2 nights. She stated we were rude to the housekeepers at no point did we offend anyone. The only thing we did was ask for clean towels. I plan on suing the hotel for the embarrassment they caused us as well as the trespassing paper we were forced to sign. Hotel didn’t refund us for our deposit either. As well as didn’t refund us for our stay. She told us we didn’t pay the company we paid a 3rd party website. I sat there confused asking well I’m sure you are paid by the 3rd party correct? She said no we don’t have your money they do. I was beyond humiliated by this Lady who I was nothing but nice too. It was ridiculous how she stereotyped us and was hell bent on forcing us off the property. We were not loud. We did not have at any point over the maximum capacity in the room. She asked us questions like who else stayed here and where is the other person from yesterday. We had a friend who left for work early but there was never over 4 people in our room. I feel robbed and humiliated.

There is rust everywhere in the room except the bathroom. There is a old smell that just lingered the whole time. I couldn't take it. I checked out in like an hour and the customer service rep was very rude because I asked her why was it not advertised that there was rust everywhere. She said it came from the last hurricane. I figured it would be a little better. NEVER AGAIN
