Overall good hotel with far more perks and amenities than it's star rating lets on. Nice sized rooms, fun activities for kids and adults, plenty of community space, lots of business space although not much for private work, a well varied free breakfast buffet, a fire to gather around, shuttles to the mall or wherever. There was free self-serve laundry which was an amazing perk. The pool is not the most spectacular and there isn't a hot tub, the staff are helpful but could be aloof or absent at times. Parking is not free, it's $10 a day. It was also kind of inconsistently enforced though.

Overall a great hotel
Nice sized rooms with full sized fridge and freezer, good free breakfast with lots of good options, a fun lobby with plenty of space and built in entertainment for the kids, free laundry facilities, 24/7 coffee. This is not a one star hotel. Just across from the Mall of America. The pool is bit on the colder side, and the staff seem stretched a bit thin. Our room was missing garbage bags. And we didn't love that we had to pay for parking. But all in all I'd be happy to stay here again.

Maybe expectations were too high due to excellent reviews I had read. Turns out the stay was just average, and in some cases a little disappointing. Half the staff were pleasant and hospitable, half were notably bored and irritable. Yogurt machine was broken for breakfast so most of the rest of the morning fare included starchy, sugary, processed choices. The pool was tiny and full of kids. No hot tub. I wasn’t happy to be surprised with a parking fee at check-in. However, the facility is new and clean and comfortable overall. Room was nice and I liked being on the first floor. Apple map took us to the west Bloomington location first. For adults, I would recommend that location. Lots of places to walk and greeted by smiling, welcoming staff. I think the Mall of America location was just okay. In the future I will seek a different option.

Spacious and Welcoming
Great location close to Mall of America. The room was extremely spacious and it allowed our 9 month old to crawl around the room with ease. Breakfast was delicious with multiple choices. Would recommend to anyone traveling with or without kids.
