I was surprised how small and comfortable this hotel is. The problem was when I arrived and was unable to open entrance door because my phone did not recognize a security code. The same problem was with a room key. They use online app for access to the building, room and patio but technical issues always occur. Another con is in kitchen. There microwave is absolutely useless and 3 minutes are not enough that to reheat food. No elevator that makes very difficulty to climb stairs for people with disabilities and bring their luggage upstairs. Pros: rooms are very cozy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea/utensils in a lounge are available 24/7. Staff are very friendly and helpful, location is convenient and close to public transportation and grocery stores. Rooms equipped with a table for work, mirror, reading light, many pillows, frontdesk phone, and a local tv. Although bathrooms and restrooms are shared, they are always available and clean - housekeeping is great there. I will definitely make another reservation in this hotel again.

Good hotel but some cons there are. Pros: - very comfortable bed; - a big insuit storage; - new kitchen and kitcheware; - good water pressure in a shower. - towels can be exchaged upon your request; - location is OK even if sometimes there is very noisy around. Cons: - no elevator; - very small bathrooms; - window in a quite room looks at the very dirty and dusty roof, so that all that poluttions fly to my room with a wind stream. It was impossible to keep window closed because it was very hot in my room.; - housekeepers are trying to invade your room every morning even if you did not ask/request them to clean your room. - price is too high.

Staff was very friendly and helpful no matter what question we had, rooms were clean showers were always clean. No hosted parking available but its a city with a good bus system so not really a downside you will just need to find a spot for the duration of your stay and prepay elsewhere. Bed was checked for bugs and we couldn't find any.

Bad neighborhood, good hotel. App based keys and no real staff leave you tech depenandant. Odd little details like wifi are on display, but maybe not on the floor you are staying on. App message request responses were FAST! Good job!

Clean room, soundproofing could be better however as a lot of external traffic as well as inside the building. Accommodation spread over 2 floors with at least 12 rooms per floor, with a total of only 4 showers shared by guests... fortunately it wasn't busy when we stayed.
