Been ignored to change the room. No maintenance came over 1wk. No response about the heater fixing in the room, nor to change the room.All the blinds that is still not inlined been ignored.Weather holiday or not.Guest pays there money and should be comfortable.If you don't want to feel like they doing you a favor or staying for free.Find another place to stay away from this rude untrained employee who ignores everything was told by Grant at checkin.Even when he gives dirty blankets not wash.Puts dirty towels on counter and when corrected got something fresh to say.Grant is always rude to guest and nothing is done about it. Guest them not reporting his unethical rude disrespectful mouth.Grant telling guest to go somewhere else instead of trying to accommodate the guest paying his salary. Always got a fresh mouth.Common sense put towels and clean beddings in plastic bag.Not on dirty unsanitary counter every guest puts dirty linings, packages,dirty towels, dirty purses, check in. Grant,the rude skinny one who works in evening.No respect that the so call clean towels and sheets touches the guest body and should be respected as such.Terrible management.Not even a simple apology from management at all.No respect for paying guest or any compassion at all.Then one of them stating no room got heater anyways,what the sense changing the room.What a urge disgrace to the hotel industry.Business people traveling for work should be comfortable and not feel as if we staying here for free.

It wasn't too bad.I had a room that was the air conditioner was really loud so they offered me another room so they're not too bad

Location very close to terminal 2 and Ross discount store. Rooms ok, barebones but clean. A very good option for pre and post cruise stay.

clean, and lots of restaurant & groceries around.
