We ended up being at this hotel SIX NIGHTS!! If it had NOT been prepaid through Agoda, we would have LEFT after the first night!! We arrived late in the evening to check in the first night. Around midnight, I went to shower & there was NO soap or the usual toiletry items in the bathroom. I called the front desk & the gentleman said I could come down & get some. I would have thought he should have brought it to our room. I found some soap in my luggage & went to shower - NO HOT WATER. I AGAIN called the front desk AFTER taking a COLD shower to ask if there was a problem with the hotel water heating system. This time the same gentleman was VERY RUDE & just kept saying: “I can cancel your reservation & you can go somewhere else!” He said that THREE TIMES!! I said it was after 1:00am, we couldn’t just pack up now & try to find somewhere else to go! But we should have!! They will ONLY clean your room AFTER 3 nights. But, that is not stated ANYWHERE until you CHECK IN & you get your key card envelope - there is a little piece of paper inside saying they ONLY clean rooms on Wednesday & Saturday. So, if you go to this hotel & check in on Wednesday & check out on Saturday- your room is NEVER CLEANED!! RIDICULOUS!! We asked every morning to have our room cleaned & was given excuse after excuse. AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN our room on WEDNESDAY OR SATURDAY!! Had to go BACK to the front desk each of those nights & DEMAND the room be cleaned the next morning. I spoke to night managers EVERY night we were there & asked to have the manager CONTACT ME! Two of the women actually wrote notes in front of me with my name, phone number, & room number. I have NEVER HEARD from the manager. And one of the night staff told me the manager “comes in around 9:00-9:30am because he has other things to do before coming here, & he leaves about 3:00pm.” Hmm, the HOTEL MANAGER shows up AFTER the majority of guests check out, & LEAVES FOR THE DAY at the time CHECKIN STARTS!!! Again RIDICULOUS! I am

Nice stay. We stayed one night and ended up booking another. Very clean and spacious for price. Breakfast was good. First room did not have hot water. Overall great stay for the price and area.

Great experience. I would highly recommend.

Clean, Convenient, friendly staff. The bedding was softer than most hotels, which was a pleasant surprise. A little old and outdated, interior wise but clean and no musky old room odor. I would stay again if the price was right.

I was very impressed with this hotel! Great breakfast and walkable to several places to eat....the rooms were big, quiet, and well appointed..very friendly staff and very clean facility at a great location...right behind a great oriental restaurant...off the street and quiet.
