Marina Burgas Hotel

As a 3 star hotel, we were very satisfied with our experience. Definitely worth the price. Rooms are nice and clean, just like the pictures. The complimentary breakfast is standard and great. Unfortunately there's no hot water kettle or coffee in the room but we made do. We recommend!

I have made 2 hotel rooms booking through Agoda. When I came to the hotel, one reservation did not appear in the hotel system. So I did not get in that room. I contacted Agoda, but they did not return my money. If you use AGODA to book your hotel, be prepared for the risk of the reservation not being made and not getting your money back.

Otelinde otoparkı cok kolay bir lojistik sağladı. Güvenli ve acik otopark. Konaklama geceliğine otopark icin 6 euro ödedik, plakayı marina otoparkına söyleyince ana girişten ödeme yapmadan çıktık. Kahvaltımızı denize sıfır yaptık, yumurta ve penir açısından gayet yeterli idi. Odalar temiz, yatak rahat. Sadece akşamları aşağıdaki barda parti vardı, bir miktar gürültü olsada odanın manzarasına değerdi. 3 kadın arkadaş olarak kaldık ve güvenlik ile ilgili hic bir endişemiz olmadı.

The hotel is nice and clean. The breakfast is good enough. However, the main problem with the hotel is the rude behaviours of the staff especially on the night of August 11, when we checked in, the receptionist's reactions were extremely negative. Although we had made a two-room reservation through Agoda, the hotel records showed a single room reservation. We understood the problem and accepted it. What was unacceptable was the receptionist's attitude and behavior. He gave us a long speech saying that if we had made the reservation directly with the hotel, we would not have had any problems, that such problems could occur when there were intermediary booking companies, bla bla. Therefore, according to him it is my fault as I used booking companies. As a tourism professor, who has been teaching tourism at a university since 1992, I had to listen to this speech. He wasn't helpful. I did not like his attitude at all. In addition, other staff is unfriendly and it is impossible to communicate with them as most of them could not speak English. Despite all the positive features of Marina Burgas (location, cleanliness, room design, etc.), the unfriendly staff and their rude behaviors reduce the value of the hotel.

All was nice, except the bed. It was a single frame bed for two people, but with two mattresses on top of the frame. Idiotic cost cutting in my opinion
