The location is great. However, the rest needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are cold, the pool facilities are outdated, the breakfast restaurant is crowded and the food is not good. It is not enough to call it a 5-star breakfast restaurant. There are people smoking in the hallway, lounge, and breakfast restaurant inside the hotel, which causes a lot of inconvenience to other guests. This behavior is not suitable for the hotel atmosphere these days. The staff attitude towards the management of the auxiliary facilities is also not good. The lobby is small.

- Well sized Serviced Apartment with good facilities. - The hotel is big but it would be much better if their serviced apartments were to be internally connected to the main lobby area/hotel area. To walk outside (although 10-15 metres) is a little hassle when I’m trying to access the hotel facilities like the pool and the gym. - The room is nice and the bed is comfortable, but the shower needs to be improved. The bathtub shower combination is dangerous for slippage but also hard to get in and out of. Not user friendly and should be separated (bathtub and shower).

This is a hotel for great location if you travel to Xian for leisure. I stayed in the Service Apartment wing. I was disappointed when arrived. No one helped me to handle luggage . I was travelling with family and with 4 big luggages. Waiting for checkin more than 15 minutes. Luckily the staff realised my disappointment and offered me free breakfast for compensation. The room air conditioner was either too cold or too hot. They installed the thermostat at the wrong location. (I know because I am an expert in that field.) Beside all these bad experience, the staff were quite courteous.
