Midrange hotel, everything was really good 👍🏼 😊 Breakfast was great! - maybe they've heeded last season's reviews and upped their game. Yes, it's an historic hotel from a bygone era but we found no fault - spacious room, very clean, helpful staff in ski hire dept, fab massage - thank you Maria - fun facilities, great location. No complaints here,great value.

If you wish to visit a good soviet hotel from 80s - this is it. Placed just in front of Gondola lift - great plus. Hotel has a nice breakfast and not expensive dinner. Has a ski rental service on the ground floor, but the boots are not dryed there, and you need to take them to the room for drying on the heater. Elevators have issues with stopping at specific floors. Rooms are clean but have leaks in bathrooms from the bath drain connection. Frig freezes the food (instead of preserving it). No kettle in the room (not critical but would be much better if be one)

Warm and sufficient, hotel is cheap an cheerful. Basic with large rooms. Bath could do with sealing as water runs out in to floor but for the price I was willing to mop up with a towel.

Rooms and hotel could do with a bit of updating. Reasonably priced for a hotel close to the slopes in peak ski season.

The hotel is a little dated and would benefit from a refurbishment, but the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The location is superb, with plenty of facilities and convenient parking. Outstanding value for money too, as our stay was very inexpensive. If you’re looking for something modern and stylish this may not be the place, but for value it’s hard to beat.
