If you really are in a tight budget and would like to stay as close to the business location you want to be at, then go for this place. Otherwise, this place could remind you when you visit someone in a mismanaged nursing home - the smell really stands out especially on the second floor on the left side hallway. Smells like pee and cigarette smoke all over.

Not very satisfied when we got there place is outside is kind of sketchy. The receptionist was very unwilling to do anything like if she is obligated to be there did not explain anything or was welcoming at all. The facility looks clean but smells bad our room smelled bad we had to spray our perfume and my husbands cologne all over the room. We had an event the day we arrived and when we were going to take a shower there was no hot water. We called front desk and they said their water heaters were having trouble and were working on them so we had to shower with extremely cold water because we had no choice. Just over all could have been better because it’s not a bad hotel just needs a little more caring of it. It is a alright overnight hotel for last min stays but would not stay again.

This is more a low-rent apartment building than a hotel. Lots of people seem to be living here on a semi-permanent basis and the staff isn't too interested in helping out. The room is good sized, with kitchenette, but no chairs for the table and no dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee maker or toaster. "Breakfast included" means a small table in the lobby with just granola bars, instant oatmeal, industrial muffins, and coffee. On the plus side, there is a Safeway and a good well-priced Mexican restaurant, Mi Patio, within walking distance. Maybe not a great hotel choice if you have younger kids.

Staff is bad and not friendly, maybe he busy to sleep inside his room after reception desk. (His name attached on pictures). I booked 2 nights from 26 Jan to 28 Jan 2026, we was on long way from Cali to Arizona so I came at 1am 27 Jan 2027; staff with name Jamaal said I should to go out other hotel for rent or check in at 3am 27 Jan 2026 while my schedule booking can check in at 3pm 26 Jan 2026- 28 Jan 2026 and it’s kind of room no refunded from Agoda. He was even don’t call agoda to help. Staff is not friendly and unhelpful.

The location is great but the place is old, bathroom door would not close and it squeaks. The pull out sofa mattress is gross. We don't dare touch it. Has a full kitchen but there is not a single plate, utensil, knife in place. How ridiculous. There are many exit doors in each corner of the buildings but the all armed to alarm other than the front door and one door to the pool. Not at all convenient. Oh and breakfast was a basket of muffins and coffee, not a longer list of items like on the description. I don't think I will be coming back.
