Needed one night in the area and Greentree had excellent price. Booked a 2 Queen suite and a King single. The rooms were large, a bit dated but had everything you would need so no complaints on that. It is a budget type hotel. The suite was nice and large with separate couch and desk area. The king room #125 had a phone that was a prop - did not work and there was no clock - so forget wake up calls. Both rooms had fridge, micro, coffee maker... everything you'd need. I was on business nearby so do not know what the area would offer a tourist. The airport provided free taxi to and from airport and that is a BIG bonus and gets extra stars. Breakfast very basic egg/potatoes/waffle and coffee. Open 6am-9am and they were shutting it down at 8:55. Getting an hour extension on checkout was grueling to get but they did. All told. for me the hotel worked and if I need to be in that area again I would 100% go back to Greentree.

The hotel was amazingly affordable for a double bed at just $70 a night using agoda and the amenities there are pretty nice. The look of hotel in the lobby is very nice and cozy, there are other areas that can be updated from a looks perspective, but its very nice. The wifi works very well, the breakfast that is served every day is great and it has a lot of variety. We have been to hotels that cost a little more than we paid per night and the options for breakfast are limited but for what we spent we definitely got our money's worth. As far as the amenities, they also have a gym, washing area for guests, pool (although because of cleaning we were not able to swim), in the lobby they have a designated relaxing area and it'svery comfortable, especially at night, you can watch TV, and if you just need some space to clear your head and take a moment to breathe for awhile that was a good area to wind down. There is also someone always at the front desk and they always made themselves available to help me. The perople are very personable and kind, genuine and authentic people that are great servants and cater to the needs of those that they serve. While this spot is not perfect, there are improvements that can be made from a design perspective, the area is also not the best as not too far there is a homeless encampment there, so you will get some people around the area that are sketchy closer to the night time. And some people that can be sketchy can come there as well, but we didn't encounter anyone that was Ill or anything to us. Everyone that we encountered was respectful and kind. Overall, this place is amazing at the cost and would most certainly refer it to anyone looking for an affordable stay, this was by far the best hotel we've stayed at for the cost.

I was happy here. There was the homeless guy sleeping under a car in the parking lot. Also the public buses nearby seemed dangerous to ride at night. A lot of vagrants and beggars hanging around the area looking wasted. But other than that it seemed ok and a good value. I got out of there without any altercations. A woman at the dollar store nearby told me you will probably be ok as long as you don’t talk to or look at anyone. Also saw a police car patrolling the parking lot and the under car sleeper disappeared after that. Airport shuffle is actually a hire taxi that may or may not show up promptly. I was told my taxi/airport shuttle would take an unknown amount of time after I waited 20 minutes so I made other arrangements.

Love the water dispenser in lobby. Staff was wonderful. Currently (September 2024) no luggage cart available but at least one is on order. I didn’t like the diverter in the bathtub from shower to tub as it never fully would turn off when I was running my bath. Refrigerator was a little small but it worked well. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast every morning.

This hotel is centrally located to everything...freeways, minutes to airport. For the price we got a very large suite which was very clean compared to most hotels I've stayed at for the same price point. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the cleaning crew was great. The only exception was the pull out bed on the couch which had some questionable stains, but otherwise a good experience. Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts, would definitely stay here again.
