마운트 플레전트 호텔

The Mount Pleasant Hotel is in such a great location. Our breakfast was just what we needed to start the day and the gentleman waiter serving us at breakfast was friendly and professional. We would like to spend more time in Malvern and would definitely look to stay here again.

We sometimes visit Malvern for a Theatre Play, and previously booked elsewhere in the town. Our previous accomodation has priced itself out of consideration, so we tried the Mount Pleasant. We were pleased with the hotel and it's staff, but being elderly we found it's location up hill from the Theatre a bit of a downside; the lack of a hotel lift in the Hotel also. If we were fit we would not found these aspects a problem. We could have had lower floor room if we had realised these problems for us when booking; the staff did state than when we next book they would arrange one for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel's parking was much better than at our previous hotel in the town. Breakfast was superb, and our evening meal at the Lantern Restaurant was good value. It was overall very good value for money.

Stayed for three nights and great hotel for a base to explore the hills and the town. The food is really good and the staff helpful and friendly. Lovely view across the town from our room. There is a bit of traffic noise during the day but nothing major. Parking is handy as well. Would definitely recommend and we’d stay there again.

It was great to stay in the Mount Pleasant hotel. Location was great for hiking! Hotel in itself was great. Only issue I had was the shower, and over talkative neighbour in one of the rooms next to mine. Shower was boiling hot ! Mentioned it to reception in the morning and was reassured someone will check it out, but it wasn't. The water was literally to thw point of boiling and really struggled to have a shower, that I much needed after day if hiking! But other than that I did enjoy my stay, and if I were ever in neighbour I would probably stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful and their Communication was the best I have experienced in my last 20 years of living in hotels, as I used to work away from home up until covid. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the breakfast was perfect, and its location was ideal for the Malvern hills. I will be staying here again if I need to stay anywhere near Malvern, many thanks for an enjoyable stay, well done to all concerned
