Check in is at 5pm, but the host was quite late to provide the check in details even though I reached out early in the day. This was important as I needed to check in on time and get rested before my early morning flight. Refusing to give a refund as per the T&Cs.

When I checked in the room looked dirty. A few hours go by and I was told the room was not cleaned from the previous traveller so I was given a dirty room. Had to leave my room at approx 6pm for 45 minutes so the cleaners could clean my room. I was told the wrong price for the shuttle so I had to take money out again at the airport which is a hassle once you’re past the “point of no return.” There was no deal for booking the shuttle at the place as opposed to elsewhere. The reception took hours to answer my request and when I needed to book my shuttle 30 min earlier because of a notice from the airport they would not come earlier so I risked missing my flight. The employees had no reasoning as to how the room was missed and not cleaned nor did they really show any remorse or compensation. Even for a “budget” stay the room was not kept in good shape even when it was cleaned. Terrible experience here and I hope this review saves some people from a horrible stay and they go elsewhere.
