The Hotel La Fayette in Rochefort is a charming accommodation. The decorating is very pleasing to the eye – very funky and artistic. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and bedding, a clean bathroom with large shower and strong water pressure, a desk, two comfy chairs and a fridge. We did not eat in the restaurant, but it looked lovely. We met the owner at check in and he was very pleasant and welcoming. There was free street parking across from the hotel, or close to it. We used Rochefort as a base and saw many wonderful sights, all within an hour or so away. The only thing missing for us was an electric kettle, but other than that, it was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great choice in Rochefort.
The Hotel La Fayette in Rochefort is a charming accommodation. The decorating is very pleasing to the eye – very funky and artistic. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and bedding, a clean bathroom with large shower and strong water pressure, a desk, two comfy chairs and a fridge. We did not eat in the restaurant, but it looked lovely. We met the owner at check in and he was very pleasant and welcoming. There was free street parking across from the hotel, or close to it. We used Rochefort as a base and saw many wonderful sights, all within an hour or so away. The only thing missing for us was an electric kettle, but other than that, it was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel.
