I stayed at the Wyndham Garden in Romulus initially 1 day turned into staying an extra night and being told we could check out late at 2 for free and that it was in the computer so anyone can see it so we dont get charged. But that morning at 12 if we aren't out by 1 we have to pay 25 dollars but if was after one it was 50 which is not what we were told so that kinda forced us into staying another night if we already had to pay another 50 why not put 30 towards it for another night instead of loosing 50.00 which we were lied to about. Plus they lied about having handicap discounts or cheaper rooms for disabled people...which me and my fiance both are . It's far for us to walk down to the front desk every morning to replace all of our linen and towels and trash. Because this hotel get this HAS NO HOUSEKEEPING which is completely unheard of. If I would of known they had no housekeeping it would of kinda bothered me, but they wouldn't even like collect the old linen and towels, etc and bring new ones. They make two disabled people who can barely walk bring everything down and they will give u new stuff. Absolutely have no customer service whatsoever, asked to speak to the manager about several issues that I was lied to about then the no housekeeping and no live streaming on the t.v.s and no rooms that are cheaper for disabled people. The manager won't speak to a client face to face only email because of covid but yet she's the only one who can do refunds or anything a out that, but yet she doesn't have housekeeping for her hotel.

No housekeeping, have to do more work here than a week away to relax from everyday grind. Got double charged and no refund they said it was the credit card company. Lol oh and the Manger refuses to talk to any clients or customers because of covid or something yet she does not supply housekeeping to keep the hotel clean.

Was informed upon checkin that this property requires $160 cash deposit for locals. I explained that I have an old address on my license as I recently moved but that did not help. Hotel looks to be under construction.

The property's facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient,, The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the overall value for money was excellent. While most of the staff were friendly, there were some minor hiccups during our interactions. The most important thing that it’s quiet at night which is good for people who are light sleeper like me. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.
