I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish. After a 7-hour drive due to traffic, I arrived exhausted around 8 PM, only to find that Wi-Fi did not work in my room. The next morning, I informed the owner/manager, and instead of checking the issue professionally, he said, “I can’t believe it.” I found this response rude and dismissive. Only after verifying with his own eyes that the Wi-Fi truly didn’t work on my devices did he offer to change my room. The new room had working Wi-Fi, but it was noticeably smaller. When I pointed this out, I was simply told, “It’s the same rate.” No apology or explanation. I later found out the hotel only offers two types of rooms — single and twin — so your choice is between a tight room with Wi-Fi or a larger one without. Misleading Appearance The photos on the website show a modern, stylish building, but the interior is old and worn down. In my first room, the sink leaked underneath. In the second room, the foot-pedal trash bin was broken and left unrepaired. Amenities They provide a single 3-in-1 product (shampoo + conditioner + body wash). I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you care about your hair. Very Noisy Soundproofing is virtually non-existent. You can hear everything from the street during the evening, and even conversations from the next room. Parking Is Not Truly Free The listing says free parking is available, but that’s only true between 6 PM and 9 AM in the public lot in front of the hotel. During the day, parking fees apply. There's a free lot about 200 meters away, but my car was badly scratched there, and no one left a note.
