Fuimos un grupo de 3 persona y seleccioné una habitación con 2 camas queen pero al llegar al hotel sólo me dieron una habitación 1 cama y un sofá. Cuando fui a aclarar esa situación no pudieron resolver nada. Al día siguiente La manger sólo me dijo que el sofá lo toman como si fuera una cama cosa que es un poco de mal gusto porque es muy incómodo.

Room was nice and very clean, but I would be sure to ask where your room is located as my balcony faced out directly against another building with a hallway window looking straight into the bedroom. Could not open the curtain because of this so very dark all day. Be sure to ask about the view from your room before booking. There is also only low fence dividers in between the individual room balconies and patios so no real room privacy in that regard.

Television was extremely difficult to use and there was no dishwasher. Otherwise, fine for one night. We have friends there with a time share and wanted to have dinner with them.

My daughter and I wanted a quick and easy beach getaway before she went back to college, and this was the perfect solution! Great price for direct beach access with no traffic and no parking hassles. Beach chairs, loungers and towels were provided, so we were able to pack light! We also enjoyed the hot tub, fire pits and FREE laundry facilities (they even provide the soap)! We got the one bedroom, and it was way more than we needed! Great for a family with young kids or people who don't mind a pull-out sofa. The king bed was super comfy, the bathtub was huge, and the kitchen/dining/living area was also large and comfortable. Having a second bathroom was great because we have very different sleep schedules, and we could shower without waking each other up. The view from ours was just a parking lot, but we were there for the beach, not the view. We will definitely be back!

We arrived to dirt, mud, and gunk in both of the 2 bathroom showers in our unit. When informing the front desk, they told us nothing could be done about it. Only after repeatedly emphasizing the horrible state of the bathrooms did they have someone come take a look and clean. We also could have just easily changed rooms, but the front desk was vehemently opposed despite low occupancy throughout the hotel… The building itself does not have soundproofing in the walls or ceiling/floorboards. As a result you can hear every step taken by the guests in the room above you as well as every conversation in the hallway. Falling asleep was very difficult with all this noise, and we were woken up multiple times during the night.
