Quiet stay in the countryside near Manchester

A lovely place

We were attending a funeral at Altrincham Crematorium so needed somewhere to stay for one night. Ash farm was nearby and reasonably priced. We found the accommodation clean and the staff friendly and welcoming. There is a nice pub nearby and easy access to Dunham Park. We didn't stay for breakfast but I'm sure it would have been lovely. Thank you Ash Farm. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Comfortable stay at Ash Farm

Lots of lovely breakfast choices should you decide to breakfast there. Nice touch of sherry in the room along with tea and coffee. We stayed in the garden room which had direct access to the garden . Definitely go for a quick walk to Dunham Massey house, garden and parklands, even if it’s just for a stroll around the parklands where you’ll see deer and other wildlife.

Weekend Away

A lovely, peaceful location but close to the wedding venue we were attending in Bowden, Altrincham. Lots of character, very pleasant owner and staff, lovely breakfast (we just had the buffet breakfast but the cooked breakfast looked good too). So close to Dunham Massey for lovely walks and spotting their herds of deer. Highly recommend and will visit again.
