The Hannafore Point Hotel

This is a nice clean hotel with amazing views, the staff are helpful and very friendly, the food is of god quality and presented very well However there is a Problem with the hotel if book a room at the rear of the hotel like I did there is a constant load droning noise I did ask reception what it was she told me it’s the noise from the kitchen extractors it will stop later IT WENT ON ALL NIGHT I could not sleep all night and i will not be staying there again due to this horrendous load Noise that kept me awake , I actually sat next to a person at breakfast that experienced the same sleepless night as me

First the bad bits, which are pretty minor. Small room, a bit cramped. Steam room was out of order and overall some areas of the hotel need a refresh, which appears to already be happening. The Good: very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast in a lovely room with stunning sea views. Location is very nice, a little out of town, 20min walk downhill. Free Hotel parking nearby available but fills up quick. Enjoyed the sauna, pool and hydro pool and a game of table tennis while waiting for the rain to clear. Overall we would stay again if the price was reasonable enough.
