• Welcome to Vivanta Nest! We want you to enjoy a relaxing, safe and memorable stay with your family and friends. Kindly read and follow the house rules below.

• 1. 🕒 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• - Check-in: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• - Check-out: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

• - Please inform the caretaker in advance about your expected arrival time.

• - Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability.

• 2. 🚪 GATE CLOSING & ENTRY POLICY — STRICTLY FOLLOWED

• - The property gates will be closed at 11:00 PM sharp.

• - All guests must return to the property before 11:00 PM.

• - Entry into and exit from the property will not be permitted after 11:00 PM.

• - Please plan your outings and return accordingly. No exceptions should be assumed.

• - Guests are requested to cooperate with the caretaker and respect this policy.

• 3. 🏊 SWIMMING POOL RULES

• - Swimming is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• - Children must never be left unattended near or inside the pool.

• - No running, pushing, diving or rough play around the pool.

• - No glass bottles, glassware or breakable items in or around the pool.

• - Do not swim under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances.

• - Please use appropriate swimwear and maintain hygiene before entering the pool.

• - Do not use the pool during lightning, thunderstorms or unsafe weather conditions.

• - Please keep the pool area clean and avoid throwing food, waste or other objects into the water.

• - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to pool equipment or property through misuse.

• 4. 🔇 NOISE & QUIET HOURS

• - Maintain a peaceful atmosphere and respect the neighbours.

• - Loud music, shouting and disturbing activities are not permitted, particularly during late hours.

• - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• - Any activity that causes disturbance to neighbours or other guests must stop immediately when requested.

• 5. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 GUESTS & VISITORS

• - Only the guests included in the confirmed booking are permitted to stay.

• - Outside visitors are not allowed without prior permission from the management.

• - Parties, gatherings or events require prior approval.

• - Subletting or transferring the booking to another person is not permitted.

• 6. 🚭 CLEANLINESS & CARE OF PROPERTY

• - Keep the villa, garden, swimming pool and surrounding areas clean.

• - Use dustbins for all waste.

• - Do not damage furniture, appliances, decorative items, plants or other property.

• - Do not move furniture or equipment without permission.

• - Switch off lights, air conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use.

• - Please report any damage, malfunction or maintenance issue to the caretaker promptly.

• 7. 🔥 SAFETY & SECURITY

• - Do not bring fireworks, explosives or other dangerous materials onto the property.

• - Smoking is prohibited inside the villa. Please smoke outdoors only where permitted, and dispose of cigarette butts safely.

• - Do not tamper with electrical fittings, pool equipment, security devices or other installations.

• - Keep doors and windows secured when leaving the villa.

• - Please inform the caretaker immediately about any emergency or safety concern.

• 8. 🍻 ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR

• - Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully throughout their stay.

• - Drunk, abusive, aggressive or disorderly behaviour is not permitted.

• - Glass containers are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool area.

• - Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited.

• 9. 🐾 PETS

• - Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the management.

• - Guests are responsible for their pets and any damage or additional cleaning required.

• 10. 💳 DAMAGE & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• - Guests may be charged for damage, missing items or additional cleaning resulting from misuse or failure to follow the rules.

• - Please report accidental damage immediately so that it can be addressed appropriately.

• - Any additional charges will be communicated transparently by the management.

• 11. 🤝 FINAL REQUEST

• - Please treat Vivanta Nest as your own home and help us maintain a safe, clean and peaceful environment.

• - The management reserves the right to address serious or repeated violations of these rules in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.
