Room was great beds were comfy and location was amazing. Walking distance to all types of food and the BEACH which was amazing.

Our recent stay at the New Hotel Collection | Harbourside Resort was everything we hoped for and more. We booked our trip through Agoda.com, where we were lucky to find a great deal that made this getaway affordable and accessible. Traveling with our one-year-old can be challenging, so we were looking for a place that could cater to families with young children, and this resort went above and beyond our expectations. From the start, the staff was incredibly welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made settling in with a baby much easier. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the room and the resort in general; it’s clear they put a lot of effort into making families feel at home. One of the highlights of our trip was the easy access to the beautiful beach. Being able to step right onto the sand with our little one was such a treat! We spent many mornings and evenings by the water, letting our baby play in the sand and watching the waves together. The beach was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. We could relax, soak up the sun, and take in the stunning coastal views while still being close enough to head back to our room if needed. The pool area was another fantastic feature that we loved. It’s clear that the resort took care in designing a pool that’s fun and safe for kids while still relaxing for adults. Our one-year-old loved splashing around, and the setting was ideal for us to unwind. There were plenty of loungers and shady spots, so we could comfortably spend hours poolside. The staff frequently checked in to make sure we had fresh towels and anything else we might need, which added a nice touch to our experience. Another pleasant surprise was how peaceful the resort was overall. Even though there were other families around, it never felt crowded or noisy. The resort offers a balance of fun activities and calm, relaxing spaces, which allowed us to unwind while also keeping our little one entertained. We also took advantage of some of the nearby dining options and attractions. The area around the resort has a great variety of family-friendly restaurants and shops, which made dining out easy and enjoyable. And knowing we could come back to the resort’s welcoming atmosphere after a day out was the perfect way to end each day. In summary, our stay at New Hotel Collection | Harbourside Resort was wonderful from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time together as a family, especially with our one-year-old. The combination of beach access, a beautiful pool, friendly service, and a peaceful environment made it an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend this resort to any families looking for a relaxing, child-friendly getaway!

This is our favorite vacation spot to take our children. We’ve been 4 times now, and have loved it each time. The pool and water park on the property is great when you want to take a break from the ocean and sand. The walk to the beach is short with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.
