The staff were all really friendly, professional and efficient. This is an old hotel packed with antiques/curios and lovely big windows overlooking the loch. Our room was a compact double and true to description! They have done up the restaurant and we had a great meal there. They are gradually doing up other areas of the old building and we noticed our bathroom window frame could do with attention, however this did not detract from our stay at all, we thought the hotel was great! Also really handy for the Oban ferry.
