First off we're choice gold members and the owner won't give us any of the perks that go along with the membership second first night we stayed fridge was full of mold went told front desk they were going to do anything about it till we told them if our kids get sick it's on them then they just switched us rooms across the hall told us to make sure door was shut and we never seen them even go in and clean it then the new room between 2 of the coffee cups on desk someone spit in it and put them back together then went to give kids a bath and the water drained all over the floor out into the hall from around the floor drain in the tub all they did was give us 4 extra towels last but not least girlfriend forgot her purse on the bed as we checked out we got to the car she noticed it so went back in to go get it and the cleaning lady was already in the room cleaning and said she never seen it.....

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Considering the quality of the room, service, and location, the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the franchise owner. He is an extremely nice man who makes guests feel welcome. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

First, the front desk staff was AMAZING. Kudos especially to Jalon. Now for the bad part: DIRTY dingy musty smelling (Odoban didn't cover it up). The elevator was broken with an Out of Order sign printed and stuck to it for the entire 4 days we were there (always fun lugging luggage up stairs). The mattress had a zippered allergen/bug cover (yay) it was dirty and stained (ewwww). The furniture was mismatched and the sofa dirty. The carpet was let's just say well worn and there was dirt, grease, hand prints, etc. on the walls. As others have noted, water pressure was good, but the bathroom was so little that the door literally scraped the toilet when opening and closing. Oh and FYI breakfast ends at 9, on the weekend. And there are signs up saying that you can't bring food to the room (so if anyone in your party wants to sleep in, schedule breakfast elsewhere). It worked for what we needed, but even as much as we loved Jalon, I don't imagine we will be back.
