The hotel itself was fine. It would have been a great experience had our next door neighbors not been trash. Apparently there was a wedding party visiting and on our second night, the room guests next to mine were fighting for hours, waking my daughter and myself. We're very deep sleepers but furniture was slamming against the wall and at one point I had to tell the front desk we were quite certain we heard a gunshot in their room. Thankfully the clerk handled it promptly. Off and on, their large dog barked throughout the night, but animals can't help deal with stress in their own way. Breakfast was good, but they ran out of the croissants and muffins so we had to share one. The coffee is 24 hours, but about 50% strength even using the "strong" button. The breakfast clerk was extremely nice and very tidy in her space. I hope management sees this and commends her for being an asset to the hotel. Since the weather was getting cool at night, our lacking a/c wasn't terrible but definitely needs to be tuned up or replaced. The heat worked great in the morning. No fan in the bathroom, but the shower was great. Towels were nice & fresh, good quality as well. The bed cover had cigarette burn holes in it and need to be thrown out. I'm not normally one to complain, but there were multiple issues here. The staff is the saving grace for this hotel. The next time I have family in town I'm not sure I'll stay here again.

We booked Quality Inn for several nights because of the price. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly enough and had a decent breakfast. We were disappointed that the workout facilities were not available during our stay. The location is convenient but as is common in Baton Rouge there appeared to be people wandering the area at night so we were sure to secure our vehicle. Definitely a decent place to stay considering it was about $60/night if you are mainly looking for just a place to sleep.

Clean, friendly staff, simple breakfast. Hard to turn out of hotel unless you go to stop light in front of store next door.

Very good hotel overall (7.8/10). Stayed 2 nights in May. Quite a nice, carpeted suite. Very spacious. Everything worked as it should. Comfy bed with very good pillows. Bathroom was a decent size, and the shower was good. TV was very good, lots of channels with a navigable TV guide. Staff were a bit of a mixed bag, not overly welcoming at check-in but the morning staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good (for context I'm satisfied with a bowl of cereal or some toast). The breakfast area itself isn't all that big, but the lobby is and has many chairs. Parking was good. I would definitely stay again, as for the price paid ($67 total) it was very good value. Just a heads up, the tiled entrance and bathroom area can be slippery underfoot. Grab a receipt when checking out and look at it - I was charged a small fee, but for what I don't know. I didn't notice until I returned home, and I never got a response to the emails I sent. Not a big deal as its not a big charge, but still...

Large room and comfortable bed. Tried using microwave on my last night which didn’t work. All in all a good stay. Good value.
