If you want to stay in the centre of Sheerness, the location is brilliant. As others have said, it has seen better days and needs a radical refurbishment. We stayed on a Saturday night on the top floor which was completely insulated from the loud music from the pub below. The place was relatively clean and the staff polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable with nicely laundered crisp white bedding. The room and en-suite bathroom were a bit shabby, particularly the bathroom. But, for 50 to 60 quid, it was alright.

Worst hotel ever been to in uk .its more like a hostel than a hotel ,staff unprofessional,no lift you carry your luggage up and down 3 floors .wont recommend to my enemies 😀.i checked out and absolutely no one was in the building.I booked for 3 days but managed to stay two days can I get a refund
