Room was ok but still think it was expensive for what it was . I also realise it was a pub hotel but we were given a room above the passage way so were not only woken early on Saturday due to the market setting up but also kept awake on Saturday night by customers drinking outside until late . We returned after midnight as well. Don’t think it’s good enough to just leave earplugs . Even with the window closed it was noisy and it was then stuffy in the room . Having said all that, I’m sure a room in the main body of the hotel would’ve been fine but this room wasn’t .
