Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and shower hot. Room was miles away from reception when only a few guests on site perhaps because we paid less although not a cheap hotel. Felt facilities could be used to more advantage. Smaller room used for breakfast when only half a dozen guests booked in. The function room felt too big. Overall though, we had a great stay and it was ideal for walking the Norfolk Coast. Thank you

Room clean and spacey with all ypu would need for a short or long stay. I stayed three nights with my small dog and other than having to climb stairs and to walk a fair distance to get to the room ( carrying my dog, who is rather old and not too good on his legs!), it was perfect. The breakfast's were excellent, as was the evening meals (Wednesday's carvery is somethibg not to miss) nothing too much bother. Would highly recomend and look forward to returnung sometime in the near future

Staff were very pleasant, this is our second visit. Rooms are quite well appointed. Hotel has a lovely bar area & restaurant. It was a birthday treat & the staff trimmed the table accordingly.

The hotel is really local to Mundesley. I was visiting family that were staying in a caravan so really only slept there. Breakfast was ok but I don't really go for a fry up. I think there could have been a better selection of fresh fruit etc. Room was ok. Car park could do with security lights at night but was plenty big enough.

Been back a few times now. Perfect location. Friendly staff especially the waiters at dinner. Excellent service! We ll be back.
