• As the train runs on solar power the heat pumps cannot be left on overnight or if you are not there. The train can accommodate only two children who must be under the constant supervision of the parents. It isn't recommended for toddlers as there are multiple hazards both inside and outside. The farm is a place for peace and relaxing.

• Please leave the toilet seat lid down when not in use as this enables the fan to work properly.

• Turn off the heat pumps before you leave or if you are out for the day otherwise a $30 fee will be charged.

• Sofa Bed - please put on the quilt cover otherwise there is a $45 dry cleaning fee applied.

• There is a Sniffspot private dog park in the front paddock which is rentable by the hour. If you would like to use this please go on the Sniffspot website and make a booking. Pets may not be left unsupervised in the train,
