Have had a great stay. Sizeable room. Warm and quiet. A pity that we were there on a night when food was not offered in the pub. (They have a few nights off during the week. Not sure if this is an arrangement only after covid.) And breakfast only starts from 9:30am, which is too late for travellers on the go.

Very comfortable

Great location to visit Balloch
Clean comfortable room, bit noisy but to be expected as over a pub. Can't comment on staff as we only saw them when giving the key but seemed very pleasant for what we did see. Great location for Balloch Castle, Loch Lomond Shores all within walking distance.

Two day break away
My cousin and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waterhouse Inn and look forward to staying there again. The staff and facilities there were really good, we were made to feel very welcome and staff were always friendly and helpful 😊

Convenient and quiet overnight stay
I spent one night here before setting off on a cycling tour. The room was comfortable and it was quiet at night. My bike was locked away safely for the night by the staff. I can't comment on breakfast (not included in the room rate), as I had to leave early in the morning before it was served. A very convenient place that served its purpose well.

Great Bar. Very Good Accomodation.
Booked an overnight after a charity (Kiltwalk) event in Balloch Park, which is directly across the road. Fantastic range of beers, wines and spirits in the bar and a spotless but pretty basic double room in the accomodation above. The room was comfortable with a decent en suite shower room and tea making facilities. The staff were helpful and polite. The price for the overnight stay was very cheap for the time of year considering the event taking place in Balloch Park with around 20,000 visitors attending. We would have no hesitation in staying here again. There is a restaurant attached which we did not use on this visit but has a very well known local chef and manager and is highly regarded.
