The room is dusty. One of my friends ended up itchy after sleeping on one of the beds. He proceeded to sleep with long pants without the blanket for the whole duration of our stay. The hotel management was not responsive. We reached out to the manager querying about our luggage (through both the apps messaging service and email) but the manager didn't respond at all (even days after we left the hotel). Notwithstanding, the location is very strategic. It is near all of the tourist attractions. The room is also quite large. Though I must warn that the hotel is in third floor without elevator so be careful if you're travelling with baby/toddler.

2nd floor queen with private bath
Room and bathroom were clean, staff was super helpful with our luggage. They went above and beyond. Con: too many steps.

住宿環境很不錯！
原本想說行李箱要寄放在哪，剛好遇見工作人員，他特地帶領我們去放置行李箱的地方，人超級nice，房間空間很大也很舒服！

Worst check in experience ever
We didn't receive any check in code and can't reach host through all the contact they provided. Phone, email and WhatsApp all not answered. Have to wait in the cold for hours while waiting for agoda to contact host from 5pm to 8pm++. No help to carry luggages up to 4th floor all the way too. My arm still painful after 1 week. However, it is a very nice studio apartment but with all the negative issues, we won't stay there again.
