Having dropped my wife off in Glasgow for a conference, I travelled to Glazert Hotel with my dog. He was welcomed as much as I was but the only slight downside to my visit was that I had to eat away from the main restaurants - both for breakfast and for dinner. I understand that many people do not want to share their eating with a dog but it would be good if there were a slightly better arrangement! I felt like Billy No-Mates sitting on my own in a "corridor" with the dog and, the previous evening, I had shared a bar with a fair few very noisy groups! Apart from that, the hotel was excellent. The food was good, the room was good, the gardens were very good and the location was brilliant. It amazes me that such a location is only about 10 miles or so from the centre of Glasgow! The cost of the hotel and the food/drink seemed very reasonable. I'm sure I shall return.

Food is very good, cosy restaurant with very attentive staff. Only negative was the room was cold - no heat from radiator.

A friendly welcoming small family run hotel. We have stayed here multiple times and its very clean, warm and comfortable. This time, the already good breakfast buffet was enlarged with more choice of fruits, which we really appreciated.

We stayed just one night as were attending a party in the hotel.We were checked in immediately even though the hotel was clearly very busy.Room had direct access from carpark and had a comfy bed with white bedding and towels. Jacuzzi bath in large bathroom.Didnt use as only there for short stay but it looked very inviting.Shower over bath was perfect for our needs.Didnt have breakfast so can’t comment.Overall a very reasonably priced double room with plenty of storage.Pets are welcome here so be aware of this if you have allergies.

Really nice hotel with great staff and great food . We had dinner and the full cooked breakfast and both were very good . Room was large ,as was the ensuite .The twin beds actually joined up to atleast a king size if not superking which is great and very comfy . I would recommend this hotel .
