I don’t know why this place got the negative reviews. It’s a perfect no-frills place. Yes, there is no refrigerator or microwave, but the room and bathroom are perfectly clean. Tons of food trucks, restaurants, drugstores, coffee, shops nearby. I feel perfectly safe here and love the diversity of the neighborhood. There is some street noise, but that’s trade off for the easy access to public transportation (and overpriced Airbnbs). There is some hallway noise, but I’ve been in better hotels that were much noisier. So if you just need a place to crash, this is it.

Great place in urban neighborhood

Location, location, location!
We were near plenty of places to eat and walking distance to bars and clubs. We stayed here during Halloween Weekend 2022. It was the perfect place.
