Place was disgusting toilet and tub were dirty to the point where it was visible that it wasn't even cleaned then I got my room changed and that room was just as bad, hairs in the tubs etc and toilet nasty. I literally put tissue on the toilet to sit to use the bathroom that's how nasty and I didn't even shower. They need better housekeepers because they surely aren't doing a good job

Someone told me to be careful around the Freeman metro station. Not to stay put looking at your phone not knowing what you are doing. It could be asking for trouble. I had much gear in my car. I locked the most valuable and hid everything from view. Did not have a problem. Overall very satisfied!

Lobby area is unfriendly and could do with some chairs so everyone isn't just standing around while waiting. Room keys tend to give trouble. Room of itself is clean and bed is comfortable, however pillows are very small. Bath towels are more like "hand towels" and there are no wash cloths or foot towels. (Receieved old/torn towels as foot towels when requested) Only miniature hand soaps and shampoo are provided. No bath soap or shower gel. Room could do with a coffee maker and 2 paper cups instead of plastic cups. It would have been nice to have a telephone to make contact with at least the front desk. The hotel website advertises continental breakfast however that appears to have discontinued years ago!! This was very DISAPPOINTING and the management needs to update their offerings to not MISLEAD persons.

When I first checked in I was in a different room. I went to go shower turn on the water and someone started banging on the walls saying turn of the water. I called the front desk and explained to h what happened and he was nice enough to move me to another room. When I got in this room. I tried to shower again. Same thing happened. So I just turn the water off. Then I heard something hit the window . Then someone came down and hit the door. Then they opened the window and started saying homophobic slurs. Then the hit the window repeatedly fir about an hour. I don’t feel safe so I called the police. I waited for hour for them and told them what was going on . The spoke with the guy upstairs and I left . I was only there a few hours and left after the police came I didn’t get a chance to enjoy my stay . I book another hotel room where I felt safer and more secure. I asked if I could get a refund based on what happened. I was told to speak to you . I believe I shouldn’t have to pay the entire price since I was harassed and had to call the police and get another hotel room. I understand that I was in there for a few hours but the beds were still made up. I’m asking for a full or partial refund I’m sorry I’m just now writing you about this. It just was a traumatic experience and I need time to process and get through it.
