So for a month I have been back and forth to NYC. The first month is spent about two weeks at this property great experience. For the last two weeks the *** lady and the *** lady constantly tell me I have to leave. The *** lady, every time I call for a room she tells me it’s sold out. When I call back after she leaves, the overnight guy says yes come I have a room. I pay full price or the hourly rate. I’ve spent over $3000 at this property in the last two months because it’s a convenient location to leave the city by car. However this *** lady is so unprofessional she always had an attitude when I am staying there and need to use the microwave or get a new towel. I am so disappointed with the customer service from her I had to go spend my money at another property which is out of my way. I called twice this week in which she said she was sold out but later on that evening I was able to get a room from the other front desk agent. Upon calling the hotel two days ago she answered and said sold out. So I asked her why is it that you say sold out but when you leave there are rooms available by other people who work there and on the internet there is rooms available to purchase. Now I’m afraid to purchase a room online and show up their and the *** lady tells me something else. This is an inconvenience to my travel plans.

The clerk at check-in was very pleasant especially each day my key card deactivated and had to be reset. Unfortunately there was little ants crawling around on day 1 wake up. I requested the room be sprayed, wasn’t sure if it had been. I left the placard on my door for room service it never happened. I had to get clean towels from off the cart that was in the hallway. The hotel really needs to spruce up the place (paint, furniture, etc.). This place was convenient for work travel but the room left a lot to be desired of.

If you just need a place to park your car, then a hot shower, then go to a clean bed to zzzz, it works

The sound insulation is very bad, but the hygiene is not bad.
