We arrived on time to find no one there to check us in! Place smelled horrible paper coming off walls paint flaking off. Tried to call hotel no answer, then someone come down from upstairs in his underwear only, asked were we checking in and took us upstairs and said knock on this door, no reply. Called Agoda and told them it was a horrible place and should even be on there website. They try to contact with no joy., so we left and booked in somewhere else. The place is full of homeless people and it's not fit for anyone to stay in. Luckily we have been granted full refund.

You advertise hotel with restaurant facility, The price i paid per night was with breakfast included yet you have no restaurant, you advertise free wi-fi yet the room i was allocated has no wi-fi the TV does not work correctly you have a piece of cable wrapped around the curtain pole to act like an aerial. when i asked about the room i had selected i was told by a member of staff that i didn't want to be in the hotel as it was occupied by unsavory characters on arrival at the hotel i had no access code to get in as no one had sent me anything and after standing in the rain and cold for almost 20 minutes i managed to speak to someone who had no idea i was coming so no room was prepared overall i find this disgusting and would request a refund for the service what you said would be provided which were not very bad experience

What ever you do ,do not go here. The place is awful. It advertises Breafast, Toiletries, Hair Dryer. Non of these were available. The interior is poor, the stairway stinks, the doors & walls are damaged , & the reception desk is always closed. the contact phone number is an answer service which does not reply.

This is the only cheapest hotel around the area; won’t stay anymore; nothing match.

I cannot entirely blame the hotel … they have not served breakfast here for over three years … I booked via Agoda which stated breakfast was included. Disappointed more with Agoda for not knowing the facilities, ergo, the value for money.
