Arrived at midnight after a long drive from the South of England. Quickly booked in by a staff member that wasn't well but was at work! So we could get to bed quickly for a sleep. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection to choose from. Room was spacious and comfortable. We booked a second night and staff allowed us to keep the larger family room.

Old and tired
A very misleading set of images and description online. This place is tired and the facilities are less than impressive. Breakfast is also very limited and disappointing. I cannot recommend.

Not happy
When I arrived, I couldn't check in because I was early and the rooms weren't available. However, they said I could check in for an additional £10. While this didn’t make sense, I paid the fee to avoid waiting for four hours. The room was very basic. My television wasn't working, so I had it fixed the next day. Three days later, I asked them to clean my room because the carpet was very dirty, but they never did. During my nine-day stay, I only received two towels, and my trash was taken out just once. Despite complaining to the front desk staff, the room was never cleaned. If I ever return, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Bathroom stinks...
Friendly staff, but I would never go back. Bathroom stinks like urine, and would not recommend. If your objective is to just save money, you can try. (i checked out earlier, forgoing my reservations; it was that much lol) 돈 아끼려고 간다고 해도 비추천 입니다. 화장실에서 냄새가 납니다 ㅠㅠ
