컴포트 스위트 레이크 시티

We arrived at the hotel at 2 am. Front desk clerk already had my information printed out. He asked for the make and model of our car. We asked if the room was facing the front of the hotel so we could keep an eye on the car. Unfortunately, the clerk said there aren't any rooms left facing the front of the building. After getting the key, we went up to the room. The room was very spacious and clean. It actually look like the picture listed on the website. At least four people could sleep in the room because they had a pull out sofa. We stay four days and each day they served a different breakfast. Housekeeping would only clean your room every day if you request it. This is nice especially if you are worried about theft. Now the negative, the ice machine didn't work on our floor or on the next floor. So, I had to go the top floor to get ice. I also had get water from the lobby due to the machine not working which cause me to spill water in the elevator and lobby. When I informed the front desk they clean it up right away. The walls are thin I was able to hear the people above us snoring and everytime they used the bathroom. But when I put on the A/C or heat I wasn't able to hear anything. Also, the bed was uncomfortable. I am not sure what type of mattress the hotel had but it did not provide enough support. But they had plenty of blankets and sheets and pillows on the bed which was nice. When we were leaving the hotel, the hotel actually was changing the king mattresses to what looks like a comfortable king mattresses. And the morning, when we were leaving we received at least 5 knocks from housekeeping asking to clean our room during 9 am to 11:30 am (checkout is at noon). I understand they need to get the room clean but it was excessive and we needed get our rest before a very long drive. Overall, we would definitely stay at the hotel again.

酒店中规中矩，停车方便，房间较宽敞，床也比较舒服，美式早餐吃饱没问题。空调躁音是美国酒店的通病。

The property is clean and well taken care of. There was a freezer in the refrigerator in the rooms. The queen bed was firm yet super comfy. Bkfst was 6a-9a. Coffee all day. Some snacks and light microwavable meals are available for purchase. What I appreciated most were the kind people at front desk and at the morning bkfst service.

Hotel room were quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was an ample size with lots of towels.
