크랑델르 마운틴 로지

This was our second time staying at Crandall Mountain Lodge in the last year. Our first stay was great, and we had no complaints. This time around we had a bit of a subpar experience. Management handled it with competency and compassion and all ended up well in the end. Our problem stemmed from one of the beds in our room being of much worse quality than the other. It was extremely noisy and uncomfortable, so much to the point where I slept on the floor because I kept waking up my wife due to how loud it was. Thankyou to management for sorting this out, and I hope the problem gets resolved for future customers as well.

Great renovated suite but the first impression of the property is not good. Management should invest in upgrading the front entrance deck along the property and the doors/hallways leading to the suites. Unfortunately the renos did not include noise reduction between the floors so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

While the exterior needs some maintenance and updating on the patio, the rooms were nice enough and large. I do wish the fire places were converted to gas so you could use them... Other than that it was pretty clean, quite where we were as there was no one above us. The price was decent and the breakfast across the street in their sister hotel is a must! There is no staff on site we delt directly with the hotel across the road.

Our stay at this property offered great value for money with reasonable rates and good amenities. The location was decent, although not exceptional. The cleanliness of the property was somewhat lacking, as there were some areas that could have been cleaner.

Air conditioning would have been nice but still enough of a breeze with fans and open windows. Slept good
