말메종 브라이튼

Excellent all round apart from very young dinner waitress who struggled to understand a simple request that lead to a starter being served by mistake and then charged for which then took a long time to understand and subsequently refund! Food, atmosphere, reception and bar staff faultless. Room fabulous but TV in an awkward spot whilst sat at the desk due to wall unit design. Needs master switch in bed that turns off all lights including the floor lamp. Bed and cushions perfect. Bathroom OK but cant remove handshower from wall due to restraint. Sink took ages to drain. All above not a complain at all but just a request for some fine tuning. Thanks for a great stay and see you again soon !

Beautiful property with lovely staff and view's. Rooms and communal areas were completely spotless. Bar seem newly decorated and very posh. Breakfast was perfectly cooked to order and offers much more then most hotel's. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you 😀

Location sells this place but the signage is poor and finding your way in and out can be a challenge. Nice to have a car park nearby free to guests. Check breakfast is included when you book to avoid £22 each person surprises although it was good quality and cooked to order. I’d rather have breakfast included than a free drink at the bar which we didn’t get a chance to use as it closed early. There is no other hotel in the marina so there is little choice for customers if you want to be that side of town. Maybe some competition would be good?

We spent two nights at the Malmaison Brighton. We chose this hotel as whilst it was a little further out of town, in the Marina, my previous experience of Malmaison hotels has always been good and there was free parking, a luxury in Brighton. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our booking, however the Manager was very quick to recognise this as a known issue with the booking site we used and immediately upgraded us to a Deluxe Club Sea View Room. The room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and doors opening onto a shared balcony. The Super King size bed was very comfortable. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and fridge in the room, and I also liked that you could pair your phone to the TV via bluetooth to play music. Henry (bartender) made us some fabulous cocktails, I really enjoyed the Negroni Flight. If you are looking for quirky decor, quite location, fabulous views and luxurious rooms, Malmaison Brighton will not disappoint. We will definitely be back.

This was my second visit to the Brighton Malmaison. I stayed at the Malmaison with my adult daughter and my dogs. The room was clean and comfortable. Dogs were permitted to stay which was important to me. The cocktails in the bar were delicious. The bar man was friendly and professional.
