Nice and cosy, room very clean and have complete necessities. Good spread of breakfast & plenty parking lots for guests.

We stayed one night as we travelled through Scotland to Isle of Skye. The hotel is attractive, clean and modern and very well located being only a few minutes walk into the centre of Fort William. There's a free carpark which us a big bonus. There are lovely views over the Loch from the front of the hotel. Sadly our room wasn't at the front but nevertheless it was a reasonably spacious room and very quiet. We slept well. The ensuite shower room was a good size, clean and modern but the mirror over the basin, the towel rail and the hooks were all really high up and, as someone who is 4ft 11inches tall, completely impossible to reach! There was a wide choice of hot and cold food for breakfast but the hot food is cooked and kept hot (or warm) Coffee is from a machine with a variety of options. I initially chose white coffee but it tasted like soap so I tried black coffee, which my husband said was ok, and put milk into it which was a bit better. Overall we found the hotel fine for an overnight stop and quite pleasant. Fort William is a very popular and busy place and it's a convenient, and more than adequate place to stay.

Beside Loch Ness, through the window, you can see the Loch Ness view across the street. There is an Indian-run restaurant in the hotel, providing both dinner and breakfast. There is no service charge for dinner, and breakfast is a buffet. This hotel clearly indicates that takeaway food is not permit，for who mind can pay attention. Both the corridor and the rooms are covered with thick Scottish wool carpets, which is quite comfortable. The heater in the room and the bathroom is relatively sufficient. Even though it's early June, the heating still needs to be turned on at night. The room is very quiet, and you can have a good night's sleep comfortably after taking a nice hot shower. It is recommended to update the yellowish bedding.

I ticked a box for twin beds when booking but was given a double on arrival. I was told this request had been missed and there were no other rooms available. It was fine as I was travelling with my son but if I called the hotel just after booking this may not have been missed. Anyhoo, a very pleasant stay was had and the breakfast was good.

Located in front of a spectacular Loch view in Fort William, the hotel is basic, yet convenient and everything works well. Check in and check out are quite efficient, and the rooms, while compact, are comfortable. Food is pretty decent too.
