シーツが変えてあるだけで、ゴミや床の埃はそのままです。 チェックアウトした後、ドライヤーを持って帰りましたか？という連絡があり、持って帰っていません。とちゃんと返事を返したのに、疑いをかけられたまま返信が無いので気分が悪いです。

Firstly, you have to retrieve your keys from a safe box which was very difficult due to no lighting secondly the room advertised on TV in the room, but did not have a television Thirdly. The beds are extremely small and narrow and the bedding was not appropriate for the kind of weather that we have. At this moment the quote was to light the pillow was to thick It was also very difficult to know where the kitchen, the toilet or the bathroom was there was no signs to indicate the locations or on the doors. When I had left, I locked the front door as it it does not lock automatically. On my return the front door was unlocked.Had I left any valuables in my room I would’ve been worried about this. Those issues were looked into and made good then perhaps it would be a bit more comfortable. There are far more better value rooms for £40 a night. Overall, I would give it a 3 out of 5.
