• 1- For security reasons, you must notify us of the expected arrival time and the number of guests, and communicate with us at the time of arrival through the app.

• 2. Show ID upon arrival to match the reservation.

• 3- Parties are not allowed and the capacity of the apartment must not be exceeded.

• 4. Maintain the arrangement of furniture and not tamper with it or use it for anything other than what it is intended for.

• 5. Keep quiet and do not disturb the neighbors in any way, so that you are not subject to immediate eviction without any rights.

• 6. Adhere to the time specified for exit without any excuse and report immediately through the app when leaving.

• 7. No pets allowed.

• 8- Smoking of all kinds, including shisha, is prohibited. For the comfort of our guests, we have provided a designated smoking room on the third floor.

• 9- Keep the unit clean.

• 10. Respond to us through the app after confirming the booking before and after check-in.

• 11. Avoid parking in front of the shop front from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm to prevent embarrassment and you can use the first parking lot in front of the main entrance (far left) if it is vacant.

• Your booking with us is an acknowledgment, contract, and commitment to abide by all the terms.

• 8. Smoking of all kinds, including hookah, is prohibited. For the comfort of our guests, we have provided a designated smoking room on the third floor.

• 9. Maintain the cleanliness of the unit.

• 10. Communicate with us through the app after confirming your reservation, both before and after check-in.

• 11. Avoid parking in front of storefronts from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You may use the first parking space opposite the main entrance (far left) if it is available.
