We booked std room (common bathroom) and upgraded to Rasamala type to have en-suite bathroom before we checked in, the room was ready when we arrive but not the amenities and water supply , we had to contact the staff to have it fixed. The room itself is nice natural wood with the natural view as I expected. Staff is helpful and friendly even lent me his slipper, we purchased the bbq menu and bonfire set, but the staff did not clean the leftover until we checked out We supposed to stay 3n but due to water supply issue happened again we decided to early check out. The admin agreed to refund us for the price less than a night. Overall this was supposed to be a nice stay if they have maintained the cleanliness (ceiling a lot of spider webs and mold) , water supply to be checked before guest arrive. I hope they can improve their service for such nice location.
