슈퍼 8 바이 윈덤 골든

After reading some bad reviews I was positively surprised about this motel. Reception staff was friendly, our room was clean, coffee machine, microwave, TV, fridge and all amenities inside. Outside the place looks a bit shabby but inside we were satisfied. We got what e wanted for the money we paid.

Hotel is nearby quite big town of Golden in rocky mountains.

Room is clean and has good space. Breakfast is excellent.

Only positive thing the bed was clean and bathrooms were clean and front desk staff was extremely helpful and provided great customer service, overall the stay in the hotel was disappointing as the room were not upto the mark, no swimming pool and hot tub was out of order during our stay.

I had very terrible experience with this property I booked at hotel I drove 6 hr and when arrived they said me they had no electricity and every thing was shut down due ti wold fire in BC Golden. I do beleive this disaster, but the attitude of this hotel staff was pathetic. First they had check in problems they were not letting me and my family and we waited upto 4 hrs in car out side . Then we stayed at night but without any facility wifi, lights etx. The next morning they refused break fast too which was included in our stay. In start when they had electrcity issues i asked to refund them which they were not doing too. I tried contacting my bookinh platform but agoda does not 24/7 help line. We suffered alot , the front desk manager Navdeep Grewal was indian lady and was so rude and were talking rekclessly and even so bold enogh told us we shoulf complaint about her I am going to report this hotel proeprty to its chain Super 8 as well as Bussines beureuu Camada as well Alot of other customer and families like us suffers too
