False advertising
These rooms are NOT air conditioned, and the upstairs rooms do not even have windows that can open. Dangerously hot in the summer; many unhappy guests the 2 days we stayed there. No staff on site, no phone contact available. When links to access the doors did not function in the confirmation email I received, it took SIX HOURS to get someone to send the codes to unlock the doors. Unacceptable. Do not recommend this place.

Good property, but host is MIA
Good property overall, clean, charming, location is decent for the ferry. Only complain is to the staff, who ignored even our most basic requests for no reason. We run out of toilet paper and the tv was not working. I contacted the host and he simply IGNORED US. I had to buy toilet paper on my own.

Too hot to sleep.
No air conditioning. Windows don’t open. Very clean. Spacious room and modern bathroom. Perfect place if it is not a warm or humid day, if it is then this location is a terrible choice.
