• Please take a moment to read these house notes:

• Drinking water

• In the kitchen, we provide a Cleansui faucet-mounted water purifier. Please use the selection lever on the side of the unit to toggle between unfiltered straight water, unfiltered shower spray, and filtered water. Only use filtered water for drinking and cooking.

• Shoes

• Please keep your shoes inside the cabin to prevent our dogs from taking them away.

• Smoking

• Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Please do not smoke inside the house.

• Quiet Hours

• Please be considerate of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Insects

• As the house is surrounded by rice fields, there are many insects at night. Please keep outdoor lighting to a minimum, especially on the front and back balconies, as bright lights attract insects.

• Windows

• If you open the windows to enjoy the fresh air, please make sure the mosquito screens remain closed to prevent flies and insects from entering the house.

• Jogging

• You're welcome to go jogging around our property. There is a safe loop of approximately 1 km that is perfect for walking or running.

• Bicycle

• You can take the bicycle for a ride. The bicycle is parked at the green house. Please return it to the same place when check out.

• Dog

• Our dogs are very friendly and love meeting guests. Complimentary dog food is provided if you'd like to feed them, but dogs are not allowed on the balcony or inside the house, as they may carry ticks and fleas or damage belongings inside.

• Wildlife

• As we're surrounded by nature and rice fields, you may occasionally encounter snakes or other wildlife. If you go for a walk or jog, please stay on the designated paths and be aware of your surroundings. Avoid walking in the dark, and please do not enter tall grass, bushes, or overgrown areas.
